About Us - Founders.Progress 4 Smile is a non-profit, private operating organization focusing on the positive social change issues facing the nation.
We define "progress" as creating a positive impact on people's lives in ways that honor and promote human rights, justice, and a healthy, sustainable environment.
The Organization contracts with a wide range of outside individuals and organizations through its programs.
Ely Mihaylova ( Chairman )
Despite being the youngest member of the organization, at the age of 22 Ely represents an example for many young people worldwide. She has graduated from English Language High School and she is currently taking her bachelor degree in European Studies (Sofia University). Ely owns her own small web design and web Development Company called ElyDesign Studio and it has been successfully serving many USA companies for the past 3 years. Don't think she is a web designer - she has the proper management skills to be working with people worldwide and she is a proven team leader. She is fluent in English, finance, auditing, business planning and projects management. Ely has further interests in social studies, IT, politics and advertisement. If you want to get her on the good side, invite her for a game of tennis! |

Ivo Chakarov
Ivo is a man of enterprising, a team leader, with various interests and global thinking. At the age of 26 he has reached the goals that many young people may wish to accomplish. He owns a rapidly developing hardware computer company. He has taken part in establishing some other social orientated organizations. Ivo has graduated from "Kniaz Boriz I "high school in his home town Assenovgrad. He is looking forward to finishing his bachelor degree in Microelectronics in The Technical University of Sofia. His primarily interests are in the sphere of IT and human resources management. He is willing to take any extreme experience you may offer him. His spirit of adventure has already taken him to many mountain and spiritual summits. |

Maria Boteva
Maria is born in Assenovgrad in the beginning of 1980. She has there graduated from an English language school as she had taken some master biology classes. She has a bachelor degree in Psychology in The University of Blagoevgrad. She is now working on advancing her skills and she is looking forward to start working as a psychotherapist. People can tell she is always there to help , extroverted person and good company. She tells for herself, she has the will and ambition to reach all her goals. She is primarily interested in psychology and social studies. In year 2001 she has taken part in establishing " Youth projects for future in Bulgaria " Organization and has been since then its chairman until the middle of 2005. During that period the organization has successfully launched many projects in the sphere of youth and drug prevention. |

Krasimira Petkova
Krasi has graduated from The National School of Trade and Banking and she has a Bachelor degree in Informatics ( Sofia University ).She has been participating in a small family business for five years. Currently she is working as a Project manager at ElyDesign Studio. She is fluent at both English and German. Krasi is interested in IT technologies, art and advertisement. In her spare time she enjoys conversing with people with various interests, visiting theatre shows and art exhibitions. |

Dobromir Petrov
Dobromir is born in Pleven on 09.12.1978. He has graduated microprocessor technology at high school in Pravetz. He is experienced with graphic design and 3D visualizations. He has worked in advertising agency "Specter " , also for the newspapers " Sofia Properties" , "Sofia Today " ,"Auto market " magazine, etc. He is currently working on developing and visualizing "Specter's" new press house. He loves long walks in the mountains and he loves to be out in the nature. |

Janet Devedjieva
Janet is born in 1978 in Petric. She has taken her first major in Statistics (2002) and her second major is in Accountancy and Financial control (2003), both Bachelor degree. She has a Master degree in Public Administration (2005) , all in the University for National and World Economy , Sofia. She has started her career as an advertising agent and she has further worked in the USA. She is experienced in the bank sector – she has worked in BNP Paribas Bulgaria and Central Cooperative Bank. She loves to travel, to read books, go to cinema or theatre. Janet is a very extroverted person and she is surely a very good company. |

Lubomir Argirov
Lubomir is born at in Asenovgrad. Lubomir has taken his master degree in law in the University of Plovdiv and he is now starting his career as a lawyer. He is looking forward to his one year specialization course in Stockholm - Law and Informational technologies . He has worked in the USA and in the sphere of social oriented projects. He is interested in computers, sports, movies and music. |
